These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 214 as the platform operator. They apply to all users regardless of how the platform is accessed, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means provided by 214.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 214 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other required details. False or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance without compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, including transactions made by others using your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 214 customer support immediately.

Key User Responsibilities:

All financial transactions on the 214 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on your account's deposit page.

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources. 214 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation where deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method. 214 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

Any attempt to commit fraud, forgery, or money laundering through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately with no compensation for any remaining balance.

In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds or results to be displayed, 214 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wager amount to the user's account. 214's decision in such matters is final.

What 214's Liability Does Not Cover:
